Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Lebanon. You can pay upon receiving your order with no extra processing fees.

How does the delivery work?

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location. You will be contacted once the order is out for delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all regions of Lebanon. For areas outside major cities, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier’s coverage.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns.
Exchanges are allowed only on the same day of purchase, and only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and for valid reasons (defect, mismatch, etc.).
Please check your item at the time of delivery or in-store pickup.
